A Veery quiet day out

White-crowned Sparrow Zonotrichia leucophrys
Veery Catharus fuscescens
Purple Finch Carpodacus purpureus
Still unseasonably fresh out, and today felt unseasonably quiet - a definite clear-out underway in the past few days.  The summit woods were devoid of migrants, as were the cemeteries - at first.  At 1:30, everything started up singing all at once, which led to a brief sensory overload.
